RSJ Steel Installation, Wall Removal, & Kitchen Installation

This project involved removing the wall that divided the kitchen and utility room to create a more open-plan living space. We enlarged the opening between the two rooms, followed by the careful installation of RSJ steel to maintain the structural integrity of the property. Additionally, we blocked up a window in the previous utility room to enhance the layout. The work was done with precision to ensure the space was both functional and visually appealing.

How We Achieved The Result

In this renovation, the team removed a dividing wall and enlarged the opening between the kitchen and living room. RSJ steel was installed to support the structure, and a window in the former utility room was blocked up to complete the new design. The changes resulted in a seamless, open-plan layout that enhances both the flow and functionality of the space.
