To begin, a new internal door was formed to create direct access into the new space from the main house. An opening was also made for a window, bringing natural light into the room. A suspended floor was installed to bring the garage level up to match the internal floor height of the house. Bespoke units were crafted and installed to conceal existing services while still allowing practical use of the surrounding space. All works were carried out with a focus on clean design and durability, making the room ideal for family use. All aspects of the build were fully project managed, including joinery, electrics, plumbing, heating, plastering, flooring, and decorating.
