Double Garage Reduction & Utility Conversion

This project involved reducing a double garage to a single garage, while also adding a utility area in the remaining space. We installed a stylish Stone Grey RAL colour electric garage door, giving the property a modern look. The stonework was meticulously toothed in to seamlessly blend with the existing structure, ensuring a cohesive finish. The remaining half of the garage was converted into a fully functional utility room, providing additional practical space for the home.

How We Achieved The Result

The project included reducing a double garage to a single, alongside the addition of a utility room. We supplied and installed a Stone Grey electric garage door and carefully blended the stonework with the existing structure. The conversion allowed for more functional space while maintaining the property’s aesthetic integrity.
